Important Notice: French Delta-T System Outage

Intergroup Global Forwarding would like to inform our clients of a planned outage of the French national transit management system (Delta-T). This outage will occur from Friday, October 25th at 6:00 PM until Monday, October 28th at 10:00 AM (Central European Time).

Reason for the outage: Transition from phase 4 to phase 5 of the Delta-T system.

Consequences for imports from the United Kingdom:

• Delta-T unavailability: The Delta-T system will not be accessible during the outage.

• Mandatory stop at customs: All goods in transit from the United Kingdom will have to stop upon arrival in France for the Office of Transit function to be completed manually by French customs officers.

Measures taken by French authorities:

French customs authorities will be mobilizing all their services to ensure the smoothest possible flow of freight traffic during this outage.

Important information:

• This outage does not affect UK systems.

• UK operators do not need to make any changes to their procedures and will continue to use the SI BREXIT system.

• Intergroup Global Forwarding cannot answer questions about this French system outage.
